YT Mica has equipped with various fire-resistant testing devices and can assist customers in developing fire-resistant cable products according to different standards of various countries, providing one-stop solution service.
1. According to different requirements, we have compiled a total of 64 testing items for mica products, including physical properties, electrical properties, thermal properties, aging properties, and flame retardant properties, which basically cover all the requirements for mica performance testing;
2. At present, YT MICA is capable to detect 50 items of the testings and provide theoretical support quickly for different application scenarios of mica products.
Mica insulation material can be processed into insulation components of various specifications and thickness, used for electrical products such as electronic circuit boards etc.
Due to its low electrical resistivity, high thermal stability, and deforming resistance, mica insulation materials are widely used in electrical insulation, thermal insulation, insulation, motor sheild, insulators, and etc.
Mica insulation material has excellent electromagnetic isolation performance. Small chips and microelectronic components in electronic devices can use mica as insulation material to block electromagnetic interference.
